Andre at Total Auto Sales was great. I was looking for a CLS 550 with great value and it took me a few visits to different dealerships, until I found a great one at Total Auto Sales. The buying process is what all car dealerships should be. It was pressure free, easy, at my own pace. Maybe that in itself is the best sales tactics. When I got there, I was greeted by the guy at the front desk. I was given the keys to the CLS and checked it out. Looked great. After a few minutes, I was ready to test drive it by myself, which was great, because you don’t have that high pressure sales guy beside you. I was able to just take my time and check out the car. Listen to the engine and play with all the different functions. I decided to make the purchase, Andre gave me a great price. Took me about a week to pick up the vehicle. Super smooth and I added Lubrico extended warranty package. Better to be safe than sorry. Would definitely recommend Andre and Total Auto Sales to my friends. They are a company you can trust.

We came in to look at 2015 Mercedes S550. We spoke with Andrej and finally after coming back to the store few hours later we purchased the car. We looked at five different S550's at different stores and were given the best customer service and respect from Andrej at Total Auto Sales. I was thinking of giving a 4 star rating because of extreme low ball on my trade in but looking at it fairly, Andrej was the only one out of three dealers that was even considering accepting my trade in. After some thought, we purchased the car right out and I sold my car for actual market value two weeks later. Andrej is a great person to deal with and he sold as a great car. Prompt, clearly understanding and proper service. Definitely would come back again to purchase another vehicle. Maybe at that time he will give me a better price on my trade in. 😉
