Andre at Total Auto Sales was great. I was looking for a CLS 550 with great value and it took me a few visits to different dealerships, until I found a great one at Total Auto Sales.
The buying process is what all car dealerships should be. It was pressure free, easy, at my own pace. Maybe that in itself is the best sales tactics.
When I got there, I was greeted by the guy at the front desk. I was given the keys to the CLS and checked it out. Looked great.
After a few minutes, I was ready to test drive it by myself, which was great, because you don’t have that high pressure sales guy beside you. I was able to just take my time and check out the car. Listen to the engine and play with all the different functions.
I decided to make the purchase, Andre gave me a great price.
Took me about a week to pick up the vehicle. Super smooth and I added Lubrico extended warranty package. Better to be safe than sorry.
