We had been looking for a while for a VW Touareg, and found a couple in the Toronto area that we wanted to see (at different dealers). Coming from Ottawa, we had a short window to see the vehicles we had lined up. Last minute, we found our 2014 VW Touareg R-Line, newly posted at Total Auto Sales. I contacted Andre and he gave a very speedy reply on a Friday evening, to book a test drive for us on Saturday morning. It was our first and last stop on our car hunting trip! We were so impressed with the quality of the vehicle, and with Andre’s service. He was very pleasant and professional to deal with. He made our car buying experience seamless and efficient.
