We came in to look at 2015 Mercedes S550. We spoke with Andrej and finally after coming back to the store few hours later we purchased the car. We looked at five different S550’s at different stores and were given the best customer service and respect from Andrej at Total Auto Sales. I was thinking of giving a 4 star rating because of extreme low ball on my trade in but looking at it fairly, Andrej was the only one out of three dealers that was even considering accepting my trade in. After some thought, we purchased the car right out and I sold my car for actual market value two weeks later. Andrej is a great person to deal with and he sold as a great car. Prompt, clearly understanding and proper service. Definitely would come back again to purchase another vehicle. Maybe at that time he will give me a better price on my trade in. 😉
